Put the grade plan, design grade, and a level in every foreman's and grade checker's pocket. A company plan unlocks FieldGrade on as many phones and iPads as you need, and your office decides who's on it.
Pricing
5-device minimum. 10–24 devices: $13 month to month or $10 billed yearly. 25 or more: $10 or $8. Invoiced directly to your company. No App Store purchases needed on each phone.
How it works
- Tell us how many devices you need. We send an invoice.
- You get a company code for your crew and an office PIN for your company dashboard.
- Each crew member downloads FieldGrade (free) and enters the code once.
- Add or remove devices any time. When someone leaves, their device is freed for the next person.

Get a company plan
Pay with PayPal (card or PayPal balance). Your company code and office PIN appear right here as soon as you're done, and renewals are automatic. Cancel any time in PayPal; your plan runs to the end of what you paid for.

Company plan terms
- Billing. Plans bought online renew automatically through PayPal, monthly or yearly, at the price for your number of devices. The minimum is 5 devices. Invoiced plans run for the period on the invoice.
- Cancelling. Cancel anytime in your PayPal account under Automatic payments. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops renewing. Nothing more is charged.
- Refunds. Payments aren't refunded for time already started, including partial months or years. If you were charged by mistake, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
- Changing devices. Change your device count from the office dashboard. The new price applies from the next billing date.
- Missed payments. If PayPal can't collect a payment, the plan stays on for a short grace period while PayPal retries, then turns off until payment goes through.
- Devices. Each phone or iPad that enters the company code uses one device. The office can free devices on the dashboard. Codes are for your company's own crew; please don't share them outside it.
- Your data. Markers, area notes, and office plans shared on a company plan are kept for the company while the plan is active. See the privacy policy.
- The app. FieldGrade is a field aid, not survey-grade equipment. Phone GPS has limited accuracy; check critical grades and locations with your survey or machine control equipment. The app is provided as is, and we aren't liable for work done based on it.
- Changes. If prices or these terms change, we'll email the plan contact at least 30 days before it affects your billing.
